Rules:

1. ​ No Illegal drugs
2. No Firearms
3. No Fireworks
4. No Underage Drinking
5. No Pets
6. No Drinking and Driving , All state laws will be enforced
7. Everyone must sign a Release/ Waiver  to enter the park
8. All Minors must have a signed Minor Waiver and All Minors under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian, guardians must have a signed and notarized minor release form.
9. Fighting and other disturbances are not allowed, violators will be asked to leave with no refund
10. No Glass bottles or glass containers of any sort
11. Everyone must wear the proper safety gear as per applicable georgia laws
12. ​All ATV's must have safety flags at ALL TIMES
13. 10 MPH parking area speed limit
14. No motorized vehicles will operate from 10:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. inside the park.  Only street vehicles are permitted to enter and exit the park.
15. Quiet hours are from 11:00 P.M.- 7 A.M
16. No Truck riding after dark!
17. All ATV's And side x sides must have lights to trail ride at night​  And or a glow whip  ( trails close at 9:00 P.M. )No trucks ,cars or jeeps on the trails!!!
18. Mudpit area is for mud vehicles only! NO Trail-bikes or Dirtbikes allowed
19. All atvs , sxs, golf carts , etc have there own play area , please stay out of the bog holes
20. All vehicles must stay in the boundaries of the park
21. All Campfires must be monitored by an adult at all times and contained in a proper container or hole and please bring your own wood, we like our trees...
22. No littering, all garbage is to be thrown in specified containers
